1. Free trial

Every new workspace receives a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial and no charge arises if you do not subscribe. If you take no action, the workspace simply moves to a read-only state at the end of the trial period.

2. Subscription terms

3. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time from the Billing section of your workspace, or by emailing billing@iinventory.online from the registered account address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Your workspace remains fully usable until then.

Because subscriptions are month-to-month, no early-termination penalty applies. Amounts already paid for the current month are not pro-rated, save where a refund is due under clause 4.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Paystack. Bank clearing times are outside our control.

5. Data after cancellation

6. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or terminate a workspace for non-payment, unlawful use or material breach of the Terms of Service, after giving reasonable notice where practicable. Where we terminate without cause, we refund any unused portion of the current month.

7. Contact

Cancellation and refund queries: billing@iinventory.online. Complaints may also be referred to the National Consumer Commission.
